Terms and Conditions

• Check in from 2 PM,  Check out is 10 AM.   Late check out may be available by prior arrangement.
• Children under 2 are free,  between the ages of 2 - 17 child rate applies, 18 years and over adult rates apply.
• All rooms are strictly non smoking and non vaping.   
• The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons in their party.
• No noisy groups in units please.
• No visitors after 9.30pm.
• There are no refunds or reductions in rates for early departure.
• Minimum stay requirements may apply during busy periods.
• Guests may incur charges for any missing or damaged items, if you accidentally break something please let us know.
• An extra cleaning charge will be made if rooms are left in a state considered beyond reasonable wear and tear.
• Your unit is not serviced daily, if your stay is for more than 4 nights we will service the unit at a time mutually agreeable.
• All linen and towels are provided
• Our units are self check in - You will receive access information via email and text 2-3 days prior to your arrival.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Full credit card details are required to secure your booking, these will be securely stored until payment is processed 3 days prior to your stay
• Full payment will be processed 3 days prior to arrival. 
• Cancellations within 3 days of the booking arrival will incur 100% of the fee.  
• Guests will be charged for willful damage, lost keys, theft, additional cleaning, smoking inside,  inappropriate behaviour, extra people, or breaching terms.

There is a charge of $25 per stay for your dog - unless your dog is a registered guide or assistance do

• Please advise us prior to arrival that you will have your dog with you. 
• You may bring a maximum 1 dog unless you have discussed with us prior to your stay  
• Your dog must be fully trained and appropriately restrained.  
• Your dog cannot not be left unattended in the unit. 
• Your dog must not have fleas. 
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on our property and in the surrounding neighbourhood. 
• ​Your dog is not allowed on beds or furniture
